Measuring Up: A Practical Approach to Measuring Productivity and Performance in HOME Programs

Course Description

Measuring Up builds the capacity of HOME PJs to incorporate measurement into their programs and activities to help increase productivity and performance. Course participants will learn to identify measurable program components, build measurements of quality and performance into their programs, analyze measurement results, and modify their programs accordingly. This course emphasizes capacity building and skill development and will provide PJs with take-home tools for assessing program performance. Participants will complete set of worksheets that will help them start incorporating productivity and performance measurement tools into their programs when they return to their communities. The course also provides an overview of the CPD Outcome Framework.

Who Should Attend

This is a foundation course. It is not HOME regulation-based. PJ staff are eligible to attend.
