Course Description

This is a basic, foundation class that takes participants through the newly re-engineered Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS). The class will focus on key components of IDIS HOME activity set-up and completion. It highlights using IDIS for the following tasks: single and multi address rental activities, homebuyer activities, and homeowner rehabilitation activities; TBRA; administrative activities; CHDO loans; searching HOME activities, cancelling activities; receipting program income; and generating HOME reports.
